Before you start
Anonymous by default: sharing anything about yourself is your choice. No name, no student ID, and no email is required; the one optional contact box at the very end is clearly marked optional.
What happens to your answers
Answers go into one spreadsheet as a row of choices. They are reported as counts and percentages, never individually, and the results are published in full whichever way they come out, including findings that argue against keeping the cafe open.
Nothing is stored on this device except a small marker that you have already responded, so the page can avoid asking you twice. Clearing your browser data clears it.
