Answers go into one spreadsheet as a row of choices. They are reported as counts and percentages, never individually, and the results are published in full whichever way they come out — including findings that argue against keeping the cafe open.
Nothing is stored on this device except a small marker that you have already responded, so the page can avoid asking you twice. Clearing your browser data clears it.
